CONFIRMED RELEASE OF ATLAS EDITIONS MODEL AT STOBART'S
Stobart's shop has now taken stock of the following Atlas Editions model. I have not received any reports of anyone having received the model direct from Atlas Editions:
4649141 Scania Highline Fridge Steady Eddie

Yesterday I received this months delivery from Atlas Editions to find it was the following model:
4649129 (STOB029) Volvo FH 460 Walking Floor Trans Store Logistics. I have been receiving all the models in the order they have been released with the exception of this one which for some unknown reason has taken almost a year for me to receive my model.

A VERY QUIET MONTH
It has been a very quiet month with a lack of news. The next Atlas Editions model (Truck Series) should be released anytime now as it is a month since the previous model was released. There is no news yet as to when Atlas will resume the World of Stobart series. I have heard of people that ordered the Komatsu Excavator shortly after I first announced it and are still waiting for their model to arrive.

Oxford Diecast have now released a line drawing showing their new Volvo FH4 casting, CLICK HERE to view the image of model 76VOL4001. I have not received any reports as to when this model might be released.

TWO NEW MODELS ANNOUNCED BY OXFORD DIECAST
Jacksons Models have advised that Oxford Diecast have announced two new Stobart models:
76MB001 Mercedes Actros MP4 - Eddie Stobart
Cararama 1:50th scale CR035 Low Loader - Stobart Rail

No further details are known at this time.

LOADS OF NEW MODELS/CASTINGS FROM OXFORD DIECAST
Further to my News of Saturday, I have been contacted by Oxford Diecast and asked to remove the list. Oxford advised that the list has a number of errors and has been copied from my website to Facebook. This has caused some confusion within the trade and at Oxford's offices.

I will let you know as soon as I hear anything from Oxford Diecast on future releases.

LOADS OF NEW MODELS/CASTINGS FROM OXFORD DIECAST
A regular visitor to my site was handed a document detailing Oxford Diecast/Cararama Stobart releases by Stobart's when they visited one of their shops and has forwarded it to me. I would stress that the models listed are not definite releases (this list has not been confirmed by Oxford) but keeping fingers crossed it gives us an idea of what we might hopefully see through 2015 and into 2016.

The document is a large file so may take a while to download and I have deliberately sized it wider than the normal width of my web pages so that you can read the details in a reasonable sized font. Depending on your screen settings you might need to scroll across to read all the columns.

Saturday 10th January 2015

OXFORD DIECAST MODEL 76SCL003 SCANIA - STOBART RAIL
Oxford Diecast have today confirmed that the above model will be identical to the one previously released by Atlas Editions as model number 4649126 but will be in Oxford Diecast packaging.

Oxford also advised that they have received "first shot" samples of the new Volvo FH4 casting, model 76VOL4001 but not a pre-production sample. They are hoping the model will be released mid year.

OXFORD DIECAST MODEL SHL02WF - RELEASED
The Oxford Diecast website is now showing the above model as in stock and on sale. I understand that it will be in the shops this next week:

OXFORD DIECAST AND ATLAS EDITIONS WORLD OF STOBART COLLECTION
Having been asked a number of times whether Oxford Diecast are producing the models for the new Atlas Editions World of Stobart collection (as they produced all the trucks for the Atlas Editions Trucks collection), I wrote to Oxford Diecast asking and received the following reply:

"Unfortunately due to a confidentiality clause I cannot give any details regarding the World of Stobart series"
