NEW STOBART MODEL ANNOUNCED BY TEKNO
I have received an email from Stobarts advertising a new 1:50th scale model from Tekno. The model represents a Scania R-Series Highline with an
Eddie Stobart "Delivering Sustainable Distribution" Curtainside Trailer.
The photograph accompanying the email shows fleet number H2800 (PO66UWS) Rainbow Valentina. The model is due for release during December this year. The text accompanying the advert states that the model will be "Exclusively available from Speedbird Promotions with an estimated RRP of 139.95 including free UK delivery. Pre-orders are now being accepted for this model with a 25.00 non-refundable deposit."

Orders can be placed on telephone 01359 232667 or via the web CLICK HERE

ATLAS EDITIONS - ARTICLE AMENDED 15/5/18
Since posting my article, I have read reports of people still being able to contact Customer Services and being told that their collections will be completed. Very strange, I am not sure what is going on. The message below is currently displayed on the Atlas Editions Home page. All I know is my World of Stobart collection was cut short and I was told that they did not have stock of the three models I was missing. Despite this, the same models are amongst those that have been disposed
to the retail market:

"Dear Collectors,

Please be advised that with immediate effect, it is no longer possible to place orders for new collections.

Here at Atlas Editions we are totally committed to providing excellent customer service, and we want to reassure our customers with existing orders or collections that nothing has changed; all deliveries will continue on the same terms as previously.

You can also continue to manage your online account and make payments exactly as before. If you need to create an account, please complete the orange box below.

Our group company, De Agostini, is continuously developing new collections and scale models on the ModelSpace website, www.model-space.com, one of the World's leading and most trusted worldwide websites for scale modellers and collectors. We are very happy to recommend their products to you. Go and have a look for yourself by visiting their website directly by clicking on the banner below.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and for your continued support.

The Atlas Editions Team".

CORGI 2018 CATALOGUE
The Corgi January to June 2018 catalogue was announced this morning and there are no Stobart vehicles included, indeed there are no trucks of any sort announced which does seem to indicate that Corgi have dropped their Truck range completely.

CORGI 2018 CATALOGUE
Corgi have advised today that their new catalogue will be released at 10:00 on Monday 8th January 2018. No clues have been given as to the contents of the catalogue.
